Enter Anthony Capalino Salon, which is located conveniently off route 93 in Assembly Square. Housed in an office building's swank new Planet Fitness, the salon has a super-modern feel that can hardly be mistaken for suburban. Anthony, who's worked on Newbury street for more than 14 years and continues to do so, but the aim of his new venture is to offer clients the Newbury Street experience without the parking hassles. His technique is fundamentally a layering sculpture that uses the curve of the head to establish natural, easy movement.
